SEE HOW MTN PLANS TO INCREASE THEIR PERCENTAGE ON EXTRA TIME SERVICES FROM 10% TO 15% FROM 12TH OF OCTOBER, 2016.

It has been confirmed by a secret source that MTN Nigeria will by tomorrow, the 12th of October, 2016; increase their percentage on the EXTRA TIME SERVICES (Airtime borrowing) from 10% to 15%.

The new percentage will follow this order

Borrowed Amount                                     MTN (%)    OLD           NEW
50                                                                         5                 7.5
100                                                                       10               15
200                                                                       20               30
400                                                                       40               60

The multi-million dollar company added 5% interest to the existing 10% to make it 15%.

Now, the question is, how will Nigerians (MTN Customers) react to the new development? Regarding the present state of the Nation, will Nigerians (MTN Customers) still patronise the MTN EXTRA TIME SERVICE?

It’s quite unfortunate for a great Nation like Nigeria to be going through all these at same time.

Chibudom Nwuche has been named in an alleged illegal dealing involving the federal government’s amnesty office.

Sokoto State Governor, Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, says his attention has been drawn to a report alleging that he helped a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chibudom Nwuche, to receive some illegal payments from the Amnesty Office.
A statement issued on Sunday by his spokesman, Malam Imam Imam, said the story was “false, mischievous, and without basis”.
It stated that “For the records, Tambuwal has never engaged in legislative, political, administrative or business relationship with the persons alleged in the story.
“Nwuche left the House of Representatives in 2003, the same year Tambuwal was elected into the National Assembly to represent Kebbe/Tambuwal Federal Constituency in the House.
“He was not in the House of Representatives when Nwuche was in the House.
“The history of the frosty relationship between then Speaker Tambuwal and elements close to former President Goodluck Jonathan (which both Nwuche and Kingsley Kuku were prominent members), is well known to Nigerians.”
“Speaker Tambuwal could not have had dealings with people who considered him antagonistic to the aspiration of their benefactor (Jonathan).
“There is no iota of truth in the story as it relates to Governor Tambuwal,” the statement concluded.
Recall that Nwuche had been named in an alleged illegal dealing involving the federal government’s amnesty office.
Nwuche was arrested some weeks ago by the EFCC over the allegation.
At the weekend, lawyer to special adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs, denied allegation that he borrowed N2.86billion from Nwuche.
He insisted that the former Speaker was indeed owing the office the said amount, being money earmarked for project awarded to him.

See what Oluwo of Iwo said about Adeboye and Oyedepo

The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, has denied labeling the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith World Outreach, Bishop David Oyedepo as fake.
The Oluwo, said there was no time he tagged the two renowned clerics as fake pastors.
Akanbi said he was shocked when his attention was brought to the stories where he was quoted as calling the respected clergies fake
The monarch told Punch that, “What they are saying is not true, I didn’t attack them. (Adeboye and Oyedepo). I did not say they are not men of God.
“I delivered a lecture organised by the City People Magazine and spoke about the functions of Obas in the 21st Century.
“I said Obas are the representatives of God on earth and men of God are messengers of God. That was where I think they twisted, but I never said they are not men of God.”

Nigeria at 56: Don Jazzy's letter to President Buhari.

As Nigeria celebrates her 56th Independence anniversary, the CEO of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy, says he foresees a Nigeria where youths would be taking over the mantle of leadership.

The 33-year-old beat maker therefore urged Nigerian youths to shun vices of any kind and embrace all that is virtuous as that was the surest way to prepare for the task ahead.
In an open letter, Jazzy wrote: “Dear Nigerians, my Compatriots, though our country already at 56, is surely not where we all love it to be yet, but I have a strong hope that we are already on the path to greatness. And that is the kind of spirit I want to urge you all to carry on.
“There would surely be light at the end of the tunnel for us, let us not lose hope. Notwithstanding, the trying time the country is currently going through, we shall overcome.
“If truth must be told, to get to the Promised Land, we all have our different roles to play in the project Nigeria. Most especially the youths, because we are the leaders of tomorrow.

“While that might sound like a cliche, I foresee a Nigeria where the youths would be taking over the mantle of leadership in the nearest future; let our elders rest and give the youths a chance. So let us all begin to shun vices of any kind and embrace all that is virtuous. Because that is the surest way we can prepare for the task ahead.
“As an entertainer who has mixed and worked with fellow artistes from virtually every region in the country, I make bold to say that our unity lies strongly in our diversity. And the more we see ourselves as brothers and sisters, the better for us all.
“And just like in Supreme Mavin Dynasty where we operate with the philosophy that everyone is borne with a unique talent, if you play your part in the nation building in the area where you are unique and I play mine too, you can imagine the result we would get at the end of the day.
“Moreover, for project Nigeria to work the way we want, multiple projects need to take place simultaneously in ICT, Health Care, Education, Tourism, Media, Entertainment, and so on in order to open up the goldmines within.
“I want use this opportunity to call on the Government, NGOs and Corporate Bodies to come together in ensuring that we take this our beloved country to greater heights. We only need to work at it and things would start falling into place in due course. I am very hopeful of that.
“Finally, may God give us the grace to witness many more of it in good health and sound mind. I pray that by this time next year, Nigeria would have some milestones to celebrate,” he stated.

Beware of the wall, street vacancies:

Receptionist: 45000

Don't even try to call the number nor go for their interview because if u go, u will never come back. It is another strategy used by kidnappers.

I heard a story this morning after morning devotion that a guy saw their vacancy and was invited for the interview. This guy never came back since last week.

Put your trust in God. Those that put their trust in God shall be like Mont Zion that cannot be moved.

PDP wants Governor Ayade sacked ~ Supreme Court

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, yesterday at the Supreme Court demanded the removal of Cross River Governor, Benedict Ayade, for alleged falsification of age.
Ayade had in August announced his intention to appoint 300 more aides, in addition to existing 800.
PDP, through its lawyer, Mr. N. Ibegbulam, told the apex court headed by Justice Bode Rhodes Vivour that it was in support of an appeal by Mr. Joe Agi, SAN, against Ayade.
Agi, also a PDP chieftain, came second in the governorship primary election of the PDP, held in the state on December 8, 2014.
He tendered exhibits before the court showing that Governor Ayade had in three different affidavits that were deposed to on oath, supplied conflicting dates as his year of birth, Vanguard reports.
Specifically, the evidence before the court showed that the 3rd respondent (Ayade) had in the Nomination Form, Code PD 003/G, which he used to contest the Cross River State election, stated on oath that he was born on March 2, 1969.
However, the age declaration he attached to the form, which his brother Frank Ayade swore to before a Cross River State High Court sitting at Oleh on February 1, 2007, indicated that the defendant was born in 1968.
Moreover, the plaintiff tendered in evidence, a document that showed that the governor, while applying for admission into the University of Ibadan, gave an age declaration stating that he was born on March 2, 1966. The bio-data was allegedly issued by the University itself.
PDP told the apex court that it was satisfied that Ayade violated its Electoral Guidelines by furnishing it with wrong data about his age.
Ibegbulam said, “My Lords, after due consideration, we apply to concede to this appeal and consequently apply to withdraw the 1st respondent’s brief of argument dated May 17.
“We urge your lordships to find merit in the appeal and apply Article 14(b) and 15(2) of the PDP Electoral Guidelines which disqualifies any candidate that gives false age declaration.”
After listening to the parties, the apex court reserved its judgment till December 9.

Buhari's Plagiarism Destroys Nigerian Relationship with the United States of America. "Change Begins With Me"

The Deputy Director linked to the plagiarism detected in President Muhammadu Buhari’s speech at the launching of the “Change Begins With Me” campaign has been redeployed from the State House.
President Muhammadu Buhari had ordered appropriate disciplinary action against those responsible for the wrongful insertion in his speech.
Disciplinary process for the officer began at the start of the week, Daily Trust reports.
“At 8 o’clock on the Monday morning following the allegations, he reported at the office of the Head of Service, and he was immediately asked to vacate his position and office at the State House pending further measures which will be guided by civil service rules and regulations,” a source said.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina confirmed the developments by saying: “the officer is no longer in the State House.”
It was also gathered that the Presidency has also taken steps to avoid a repeat of such an embarrassing occurrence.
To this end, a new digital process has been put in place in the State House to aid the process of drafting speeches.
This includes the provision of tools that detect plagiarism, similar to those used by editors and academics around the world.

Buhari reacts to NBS report that 4.58million Nigerians became unemployed under his government

Despite the economic recession that the country is presently facing, the Presidency on Wednesday declared that the Nigerian economy is performing better than the predictions of the International Monetary Fund, IMF.
It, however, admitted that the inflation and unemployment rates in the country had remained high despite efforts by the current government.
The Special Adviser to the President on Economic Matters, Dr. Adeyemi Dipeolu, stated this in a statement while reacting to the Gross Domestic Product figures for the 2016 second quarter by the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS.
Dipeolu noted that the report, while confirming a temporary decline, has also indicated what he called hopeful expectation in the country’s economic trajectory, stressing that there were clear indications that the second half of the year will be better.
“Besides the growth recorded in the agriculture and solid mineral sectors, the Nigerian economy in response to the policies of the Buhari presidency is also doing better than what the IMF had estimated with clear indications that the second half of the year would be even much better,” he said.
The presidential aide assured that the current administration would continue to work diligently on the economy and engage all stakeholders to ensure that beneficial policy initiatives were actively pursued and the dividends delivered to the Nigerian people.
Quoting the recently released data from the NBS as showing a decline in GDP by -2.06% in the second quarter of 2016 on a year-on-year basis, he attributed the outcome to a sharp contraction in the oil sector due to huge losses of crude oil production as a result of vandalisation and sabotage.
